When will I receive my order?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, depending on the shipping option selected (Free or Express delivery).
  • Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

    • US, UK and Australian orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a China Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 21 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
    • These times are estimates only. If you do not receive your purchase within 60 business days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion.

    How can I track my order?

    You will be notified via email of your order's tracking status.

    Will I have to pay Customs and Duties?

    Usually, there are no additional import costs imposed on customers. Most of the packages are low value and often marked as gifts.

    However, we cannot guarantee that it will never happen. Therefore, customs duties may apply and customers are responsible for paying them.
